The furniture products provided by DECOLEADER and in legal period will follow the conditions a as explain in the terms and conditions:

1. The guarantee is for a period of two years. lasts for 2 years, which commences on the delivery date.

2. The guarantee covers faults or defects during the guarantee legal period—2 years and it is confirmed that, proper usage and strict adherence to DECOLEADER installation guide and instructions was followed.

3. The guarantee do not included following:

● Damage caused by incorrect installation, care, usage, in particular excessive high temperature/ water/ moisture.
● Damage caused by purpose intended, through dampness, heating and crude move.
● Variations in color or structure of the wood and changes in the wood which normally occur over a period of time. DECOLEADER will do the best to and strictly control such changes. But most furniture’s raw material is wood which take the natural quality.
● The products supplied by others. Such as appliances, faucets, sinks, lights, etc.

4. DECOLEADER will choose whether to alleviate the fault by replacing or repairing the defective part.

5. Cost of packing, freight, insurance, refitting and site labor are at the expense of the person placing the order.
